7 String Chord Diagrams 1

Have a look at the following diagrams to learn a few common chord positions which involve the seven string (all examples are in C with the root on the bass, obviously inversions are always possible but are not shown here), this first part deals with basic jazz chords, those really common and well known chords may sound in a completely new way on the seven string guitar.

A lot of guitar players are intimidated by seven string guitar, there is kind of a consensus about the fact that “6 is difficult enough” … but there’s not in fact that much more material to master to start to feel at ease with seven strings.
